She obtained her doctoral training at University of Copenhagen, Denmark in Professor Anna Jager\u2019s laboratory, of the Natural Products Research Group, headed by Professor Dan Staerk. In addition to being a phytomedicine expert, Dr. Nkemehule is passionate about mentoring, science communication and capacity building. She has received fully funded trainings in this regard, at Mombasa Kenya by Award Fellowship Bill &amp; Melinda Gates Foundation Grant; at Trieste Italy, by SISSA Masterclass TWAS sponsorship and at CMHS University of Rwanda, for African Community for Systematic Reviews and Meta-analysis inauguration by AuthorAID UK seed grant, respectively.
