It is my pleasure to welcome you to the Faculty of Pharmacy at the prestigious University of Lagos. As a faculty, we take immense pride in our legacy of excellence in pharmacy education, research, and service, dating back to our inception as a School of Pharmacy in 1980 within the College of Medicine. We currently offer a Bachelor of Pharmacy and Doctor of Pharmacy degrees at undergraduate level. Beyond our undergraduate programs, we are proud to offer MSc and Ph.D. degrees in various disciplines within our five departments, fostering a vibrant environment for cutting-edge research and innovation.

Our students have consistently distinguished themselves, earning accolades such as the Shalina Young Talent – Best Pharmacy Brain in Nigeria award and the prestigious Rhodes Scholarship for West Africa, which grants recipients the opportunity to study at Oxford University.  We also take pride in our international standard GMP facility, Computational research and Drug information units that is domiciled within the Faculty.
